The Hawk & Badger Railroad Web Site has been a work in progress since 2002. Over the years there have been many friends, associates, and contributors - in one way or another - that have helped in it's inspiration, development, and growth.
This page is dedicated to all those individuals that have shared their comments, ideas, criticisms, scripts and coding, and friendship, who - without them, this site wouldn't be what it is today.
First and foremost I want to thank my lovely wife Debbie (Badger) for her unending love and tolerance of me having my head stuck in this computer. She often refers to herself as a 'computer widow'.
After almost 35 years she still hangs in there in spite of my apparent aloofness and the thousands of hours she's been deprived of my companionship while I peck away at the keyboard and scour the Internet for new coding ideas, tricks, tips, and various miscellany and sundries. Without her I would most assuredly be lost and starving.
I also want to thank my best friend Billy, who gave me my first computer back in 1996. He's also put up with me for as long as Debbie has. I think they both regret that fateful day when he bought a new computer and handed his old one over to me. My life, and theirs, hasn't been the same since.
Two more individuals whose friendship I cherish, and whose help and knowledge have been one of my greatest assets are Bill Burnett and Rich Garber.
Bill has been unequivocally irreplaceable as my guidance in writing and ideas that have helped make this site readable and aesthetically appealing, while Rich has been my spiritual counselor and guide. I owe them both my undying gratitude and appreciation.
I also want to thank Zoë Topper and the many members of my forum that have assisted with the design and layout of this site by their helpful and honest comments, ideas, and suggestions.
Since it's inception, the Hawk & Badger Railroad site has gone through a vast amount of growth with the addition of over 600 files available for download for Microsoft Train Simulator and Railroad Tycoon, with more being added continually, as well as many changes in design, not to mention the growth of the forum membership.
Following is a list of various contributors and tools used to build this site.
